Rental Agreement

By booking a kayak rental with Chattanooga Kayak Company, you agree to follow all safety guidelines and rental policies.

Rental Use

Kayaks must only be used at the approved launch locations provided by Chattanooga Kayak Company. These currently include Chester Frost Park, Harrison Bay State Park, and Tennessee Riverpark.

Renters are responsible for using the equipment safely and returning it in the same condition it was received.

Safety Requirements

All renters must wear a life jacket while on the water. Life jackets are provided with every rental.

Kayaks should only be used during safe weather conditions and within the reserved rental time.

Damage or Loss

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period.

Weather Policy

If weather conditions are unsafe, Chattanooga Kayak Company may reschedule rentals for another available time or issue a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental start time to receive a full refund or reschedule.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation may not be eligible for a refund.
